There is in existence one additional Paleo-Indian scraper of material described in 1974 by a Professional Archeologist as being Onondaga Chert.

This particular artifact was recovered from a field on the William D. Gnagey farm across Blue Lick Creek south of the newly excavated Gangey site, 36S055. The person who found the scraper refused to have it either photographed or sketched. It is very similar to the scraper described as 36SOPA-7, recovered near Rockwood, Pennsylvania by June Hay.

Also many other Paleo-Indian types of artifacts have been recovered in the southern part of Somerset County in the Confluence - Ursina areas by private collectors. Unfortunately, many of these have been sold.

There are also several fluted points that were recovered from a site in Westmoreland County presently in the possession of Otto Wilt, Stoystown, Pennslyvania, which he inherited from an uncle. They may be examined by seriously interested people, by contacting present owner.
