P.A.S.S. REMARKS Attatchments: Detailed site survey record

SKETCH MAP OF SITE (WITH SOME POINT OF REFERENCE: HOUSE, ROAD, ETC., WHICK CAN BE RELATED TO
THE 7.5 MIN, U.S.G.S. MAP, INCLUDING A SCALE AND APPROXIMATE ACREAGE).

NUMBER OF SQUARE FEET__________________________________________________________________________

My best guess is that the site covers less than an acre of area. The size of the site is difficult to determine
because very little unvegitated ground is exposed for surface collecting, but the rough nature of the areas
surrounding the flood terrace suggest that the site is contained to an area 30m (100 ft.) by 120m (400 ft.).

(see attatched site survey record for map)
